Exit Options

In exit planning, there are typically eight exit options that are available for a business owner to exit, including both internal and external alternatives. Internal exit options include Intergenerational Transfer, Management Buyout, Sale to Exiting Partner and Sale to Employees. External options include Sale to a Third Party, Public Offering, Recapitalization and Orderly Liquidation.
