As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor™ (CEPA), we incorporate the exit planning methodology of The Exit Planning Institute™ and have created a comprehensive approach to exit planning that includes helping the business owner build a highly competent group of advisors to help them in their exit planning and execution. This group will likely include current advisors that the owner already uses.
Exit planning typically addresses financial reporting, income tax minimization, reduction in estate taxes, estate planning, business valuation, and preparing for the sale of a business or transfer. The business owner benefits from have multiple advisors that work together as a team to create the best possible outcome for the business owner.
